Job Description:

As an IT Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company’s IT systems. With your basic English communication skills and 1-2 years of experience in IT support, you’ll provide technical assistance to our team members and help resolve IT-related issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to users experiencing IT issues.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
  • Install and configure computer systems and applications.
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as updates and backups.
  • Assist with network administration tasks.
  • Help users with basic IT tasks, such as password resets and account setup.
  • Document IT procedures and solutions for reference purposes.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in IT support.
  • Educational background : minimum Bachelor’s degree
