Job Description:
As an IT Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company’s IT systems. With your basic English communication skills and 1-2 years of experience in IT support, you’ll provide technical assistance to our team members and help resolve IT-related issues.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users experiencing IT issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
- Install and configure computer systems and applications.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as updates and backups.
- Assist with network administration tasks.
- Help users with basic IT tasks, such as password resets and account setup.
- Document IT procedures and solutions for reference purposes.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support.
- Educational background : minimum Bachelor’s degree
