About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Outbound Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in serving educational institutions. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of cultivating new business relationships and converting prospects into valued clients through various outbound sales strategies, including cold calling, email outreach, and participation in networking events.

Responsibilities:

As an Outbound Sales Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Strategic Outreach: Develop and execute a comprehensive outbound sales strategy aimed at connecting with key decision-makers within schools and universities.
  2. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage with potential clients through a combination of cold calling, targeted email marketing, and leveraging social media platforms.
  3. Needs Assessment: Qualify leads by understanding their unique requirements and customize persuasive sales presentations that address their specific needs.
  4. Deal Closing: Skillfully negotiate and successfully close deals, consistently surpassing assigned sales targets.
  5. Client Relationships: Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and exceeding their expectations.
  6. Market Expansion: Continuously identify emerging markets and formulate strategies to expand the company’s presence and impact within the education sector.
  7. Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of the curve by proactively researching and staying up-to-date on trends, challenges, and developments within the education sector.

  • Salary Range: £30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
  • Additional Compensation: Commission pay, Performance bonus
