Full job description
This is a phone role. You will be making 30–50 answered outbound calls per day to coach and bus operators across the UK and Europe, working from a proven call script, and booking confirmed product demonstration appointments for our sales team.
You are not expected to conduct demos or sell the software in depth. Your job is to qualify interest and fill the sales calendar. Success is measured by one thing: qualified appointments delivered.
Responsibility
- 30–50 outbound calls per day to UK and European businesses
- Qualify prospects using a structured call script
- Book confirmed demo appointments into the sales team’s calendar
- Log every call accurately in our CRM
- Learn our product so you can handle basic objections confidently
- Report daily activity and weekly appointment totals to the GM
Requirements
- Education background : minimum bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, etc.
- Proven high-volume outbound phone experience — non-negotiable
- Clear, professional spoken English
- Resilient — you reset fast after rejection and pick up the next call
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Basic computer literacy and CRM data entry
- Fun, positive energy and a competitive streak
