Inbound Sales Advisor

Role Overview:

• The role involves speaking with clients about our transport services, presenting our USPs, securing bookings, and developing long-term client relationships.
• This is not an entry-level sales position. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar sales roles and a strong track record of performance.
• Excellent command of the English language is essential, as expected by our clients.
• Full product training will be provided.
• This is a full-time, office-based role in Pattaya.

Qualifications:

• Thai nationals and foreigners aged 25–45 years
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree
• At least 5 years of sales experience
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs and work under pressure in a target-driven environment
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Confident, persuasive, and results-driven personality
• Ability to Basic computer literacy
