We have a dedicated, Thai and Multi-national team of experts with a broad base of knowledge and experience in all aspects of digital marketing and software and customer service both domestically and internationally, including countries in England, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia and South Africa, we are looking for the Operations to join our teams.
CoachHire.com.au is one of Australia’s leading transport management companies that has access to an extensive network of accredited operators and vehicles providing ground transportation services to the private and public sectors. We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our growing team based in Pattaya. You will be responsible for ensuring our customer’s requirements are met from the point of booking until their travel completion.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in customer service (5 years or more)
- Computer literate
- The ability to work calmly under pressure
- A proactive, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality
- Excellent command of verbal and written English (accent must be clearly understandable)
- Team player
- Available to start immediately
The role is full-time and office-based in Pattaya. Open to Thai and foreigners with all benefits in place such as social payments, healthcare, paid holidays, sick leave, and work permit.
